So many photos of today’s event. This is the first time in some 20 years that Kitada-cho has held a summer festival. The covered walkways along the main streets will be torn down this summer with money offered by the gov’t, so it will be the last chance to see the streets as they have been for the last 50 years or so.

I will have to follow up on this one later.
