Ash plume following a strong explosion from Sakurajima
A very powerful shock-wave rattled the entire building during the morning teacher’s meeting today. They continued as if nothing happened (of course) while I slipped out the door to snap a few photos. Ash followed all day long, thankfully skipping most of Tarumizu, but heading directly for Kanoya and other points south on Osumi.
Some car parts also coming in / going out. Yahoo! Auctions is great for hard to find specialty items…
