SEBA skates I picked up from yahoo! auctions here for around $100. They seem to be a mix of various models, but I haven’t seen them for sale outside Asia. They came set up in “wacky mode” with 76mm wheels on the outside and 80mm wheels on the inside, or banana rocker. Great for maneuverability, but bad for distance or high speeds as only two wheels per skate hit the ground at a time.
Fun though!
