My co-workers told me it was a rare site to see snow on Kaimondake. This was taken around 7:30AM on the way to Nejime. When I looked out of the window at school around 9, the white peak had disappeared.

This was a particularly active day for Sakurajima. I first noticed the a massive cloud of ash being redirected south-east as I drove to work around 7:30.
An ominous cloud approaches.
