daizu hiyashi chuuka, cold chinese (now tofu) noodles @ tarumizu daizu-kan

Healthy twist on the usual egg noodle used in Hiyashi Chuuka. Handmade tofu noodles have a much better texture and blend well with the sauce and mixed ingredients. The best variation on this dish I’ve had so far.
